Mohsin Abbas Haider is a multi-talented Pakistani artist, celebrated for his work as an actor, singer-songwriter, music composer, poet, and television presenter. Born on August 18, 1986, in Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan, Haider began his journey in the entertainment industry as a radio jockey in Faisalabad. His dedication to music led him to Karachi in 2005 to refine his singing skills at the National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA) under the tutelage of Ustad Salamat Ali, ultimately venturing into Punjabi folk music in 2009. Haider's acting career took off with his cinematic debut in the 2014 comedy-drama film "Na Maloom Afraad," where he played a lead role. He gained further recognition for his performances in films like "Na Maloom Afraad 2" (2017) and "Baaji" (2019). On television, he became a household name as a DJ on the talk show "Mazaaq Raat" from 2013 to 2019, performing a vast repertoire of songs. His dramatic roles in critically acclaimed series such as "Meri Guriya" (2018), where he portrayed an antagonist, and "Muqabil" (2016), showcased his versatility and earned him significant appreciation. Beyond acting and hosting, Mohsin Abbas Haider is a gifted musician. He is known for his debut song "Bay Parwah Dhola" (2012) and his self-written and composed track "Uddi Jaa" from Coke Studio Season 9 (2016), which garnered widespread acclaim.
