B. App Store (Apple) & Google Play Store Compliance
In compliance with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines (Intellectual Property) and Google Play Developer Policies, our mobile apps do not facilitate piracy. We do not host, transmit, or distribute stolen video files. We only link out to, or embed via official APIs, the authorized public content made freely available by broadcasters themselves.
C. International: U.S. Copyright Act (Fair Use)
Our use is transformative. We do not repost full content; we aggregate fragmented metadata into a unified timeline—a functional utility. Our platform is a discovery engine designed to direct viewers and revenue back to the original broadcasters.
3. Content Sources & API Usage
- YouTube API: All video trailers, teasers, and episodes are embedded via the official YouTube IFrame Player API. Video views on our platform count directly towards the official broadcaster's YouTube channel metrics and monetization.
- Public Metadata: Cast details, plot summaries, and broadcast times are sourced from public domain press releases, official network websites, and publicly accessible on-air graphics.
4. DMCA & Takedown Requests
We strictly respect the intellectual property rights of creators and networks. If you are an authorized representative of a rights holder and believe any metadata or thumbnail on our web or mobile apps infringes upon your rights, we will remove it immediately without dispute.
