Roger David, widely known by his stage name Bohemia, is a Pakistani-American rapper, songwriter, and record producer, celebrated as the pioneer of Desi Hip Hop. Born on October 15, 1979, in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, Bohemia moved to the United States with his family at the age of 13. His upbringing, spanning from Peshawar to California, profoundly influenced his unique musical style, which fuses Punjabi lyrics with contemporary hip-hop beats, creating a genre that resonated with a global audience.
