Noor-ul-Hassan is a Pakistani drama actor and host known for Ishq Jalebi and Khuda Aur Mohabbat Season 3, active in television since his 1998 debut. Noor-ul-Hassan is a highly respected actor and television host who has been a staple of the entertainment industry for decades. Born in Lahore, he has successfully transitioned from early comedic and hosting roles to becoming one of the most reliable character actors in modern television. Career Beginnings Noor-ul-Hassan started his television journey in 1986 as a chorus singer on PTV. He made his acting debut in the late 1990s, appearing in the sitcom Teen Bata Teen in 1998, as well as Wrong Numbers and Kollege Jeans. He gained widespread recognition as the host of the PTV quiz show Fungama in 2001, before taking a temporary break and returning to host Ramadan transmissions in 2011. Rise to Fame His transition into a prominent drama actor solidified with his breakthrough performance in Alif Allah Aur Insaan in 2017. He followed this success with key roles in Dar Si Jaati Hai Sila, Aangan, Cheekh, and Deewangi. He earned critical acclaim for playing a spiritual dervish in Khuda Aur Mohabbat Season 3 and the beloved patriarch Ashiq Hussain in the Ramadan special Ishq Jalebi in 2021.
