Born Madiha Ahmad in Lahore to veteran actress Nisho and producer Inam Rabbani, Sahiba was immersed in the world of performing arts from a young age. Entering the industry as a teenager, she made her film debut as a lead heroine in the 1992 Punjabi/Urdu double-version film Mohabbat Kay Soudagar. The 1990s were a transitional yet dynamic era for Pakistani cinema, and Sahiba's youthful energy and dancing skills quickly caught the attention of prominent directors. She established herself not just as a traditional romantic lead, but as an actress capable of handling comedy with impeccable timing. On Green Entertainment, she showcased her versatility playing Ruqayya in the family comedy-drama Pagal Khana (2024) and has multiple upcoming projects like Ishq Di Chashni (as Neelima) and Visaal-E-Ishq. Over at Geo Entertainment, she captivated audiences as the unfaithful mother Mehak in the romantic drama Aafat (2024), and continues her association with the network in upcoming serials like Aas Paas and Mafaad Parast. Her collaborations with Express Entertainment have also expanded significantly. Following her role as Sitara in Mohabbat Ki Aakhri Kahani, she stars as Rabia in the highly anticipated 2025 drama Sitaron Se Agay alongside Noman Ijaz and Laiba Khan.
