Hania Aamir, widely recognized as Pakistan’s “Dimple Queen,” has carved an indelible mark on the entertainment industry since her debut. Originally discovered through her engaging Dubsmash videos, she landed her first major acting role in the 2016 romantic comedy film Janaan. Her portrayal of the lively Palwasha Asad Khan not only earned her critical acclaim but also a nomination for Best Supporting Actress at the Lux Style Awards. Transitioning to television, Hania proved her mettle with early projects like the Hum TV drama Phir Wohi Mohabbat (2017), which won her the Best Television Sensation Female award. She further showcased her versatility by taking on a complex, negative role as Naila in the Urdu 1 series Titli. These early career choices established her as a dynamic performer capable of handling intense melodramas and lighthearted comedic roles with equal finesse. Rise to FameHania’s trajectory to superstardom accelerated as she began collaborating with major networks like ARY Digital and Hum TV. Her breakthrough as the headstrong, rebellious Daneen in Hum TV’s hit drama Anaa (2019) resonated deeply with younger audiences and became a defining moment in her career. She followed this up with massive commercial hits, including Ishqiya (2020) and Dil Ruba (2020), solidifying her reputation as a formidable leading lady. However, it was her emotionally charged performance as the vulnerable yet resilient Hala Hamza Ahmad in ARY Digital’s Mere Humsafar (2021-2022) that propelled her to true international fame. The drama became a global phenomenon, shattering rating records and expanding her fandom across borders. During this era, she also dominated the silver screen with critically and commercially successful films such as Na Maloom Afraad 2, Parwaaz Hai Junoon, and Parde Mein Rehne Do, seamlessly balancing her cinematic and television endeavors. Recent & Upcoming Works (2024-2026)In recent years, Hania has continued to dominate the screen with back-to-back blockbusters. Her late 2024 ARY Digital drama Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum became a monumental success, where her portrayal of the practical, grounded, and fiercely loyal Sharjeena won millions of hearts globally. In 2025, she made a highly anticipated debut in the Indian-Punjabi film industry with Sardaar Ji 3, starring alongside superstar Diljit Dosanjh, while also headlining the ARY Digital medical drama Meri Zindagi Hai Tu as Dr. Ayra Kamyar. Looking forward to 2026, Hania is set to appear in Geo TV's highly anticipated romantic saga Wafa alongside Danish Taimoor. Furthermore, she is slated to star in Netflix's first-ever Pakistani original series, Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo, playing the pivotal role of Umm-e-Mariyam. With an ever-growing list of diverse characters, Hania Aamir remains a powerhouse of talent and one of the most sought-after actors in South Asia.
